232. Jyotish Chandra Pal (? - 1924), 233. Jyotish Chandra Singha (1893-1936)

Jyotish Cgandra Pal was born in Nadia.he was a member of the revolutionary party of Bagha Jatin. He was appointed to collected arms and ammunitions from the German ship  "Mavarik", anchored in Baleshwar port of Orissa coast. He had to participate in encounter with thed police at Kaptipoda. In court judgement he got life improsonment.He became unbalanced due to ecessive torture by the police in Andaman jail and died in Berhampore Mental Hospital.

Jyotish Chandra Sinha was born in Chnandannagar. He was attached the revolutionary activities of Rabehari Bose. The bomb that was thrown on Lord Harding in Delhi in 1921, was handed over to Rasbehari by him.In the WWI he joined the army on behalf of France and prticipated in Bhardoon Victory. He went to Japan in 1928 and revived the possibility of revolution in Chandannagar. He took the leadership in Civil disobedience movement in 1930 in Medinipore.
