Santosh Chandra participated in revolutionary work and was detained in Deuli Camp without any trial. He committed suicide for inhuman torturre in the camp.
Santosh Chandra Bera was born in Midnapore. He was arrested in 1934 for participating in Freedom Movement.He died for inhuman torture in the jail.
