Mihir lal Choudhury was born in Krishnanagar, Nadia. He was a Gandhian and idealistic Congress man. He was imprisoned several times for participating in all movements launched by Congress since 1920. He was one among tthe members of constituent assembly of India and founder of Abhoy Ashram. He died in Suri.
Mir Ahmmad Choudhury was born in Chittagong. He came in contact with the revolutionaries of Masterda after Chittagong Armoury Raid and joined there. Within a very short period he took several responsible jobs.He inducted many Muslims into the revolutionary organisation.He gave shelter to Surya Sen and Nirmal Sen many times in his house while they were in underground. He was arrested in 1933 and was kept in jail upto 1938. He came to West bengal after partition of India. He died in Boral TB Hospital.
