Mrinalini Sen was born in Bhagal Pur, Bihar. Her father was Dr.Ladlimohan Ghosh, the famous in Chemistry.She went to UK in 1914 and practiced literature in English Language. She was introduced with Gandhiji here and she taught him Bengali. She organised movement in England and in India for voting right of women. She wrote many articles protesting the book "Mother India" written by Miss Catharine Mayo of America.
Mritunjoy Chattopadhyay was a successful lawyer. He showed unparalleled credit in defending the Bomb Case of Dakshineshwar in 1924 and the bomb case of Mechuabazar Bomb Case. He defended many cases against the Govt. He refused the offer of huge amount of mount and the proposal of cooperating Govt with hatred in Meerut Conspiracy Case placed by the famous Govt. Pleader Barrister Sir Langford James He helped in many cases the family of the political victims with money.
