Radhacharan Pal was born in Faridpur. He was a member of Rasvolutionary Party.He was arrested in connection with Shialdah Dacoity Case. He died in Alipore Central jail.
Radhcharan Pramanik, in his student his instruc life, came under the influence of Purna Das in 1911 and joined in the organisation of Bagha Jatin at his instruction. He was arrested on 12.2.1915 along with a pistol and several rounds of bullet.He was also convicted with Gardenreach Dacoity Case.The main convicts Manabendra Roy, Prikshiy Mukhopadhyay, Hiralal das, and Saroj bhushan Das in this case was also arrested. To save them he, under the instruction of Purna Das and Bagha Jatin confessed his guilt that he had done this.As a result the main culprits were released and he was jailed for 7 years. He died in the jailied without any medical aid.
