643. Rasamoy Sur (1901-1981) 644. Rasik Lal Das (1899-1967)

Rasamoy Sur was a companion of Binoy, Badal and Dinesh. Just before  the incident of Corridor Battle he was  detained in different jails for 8 years. During WWII he was again detained for 6 years. He devoted himself in social work after India became Independent.


Rasik Lal Das (1899-1967) was born in Senhati Khulna. He came in contact with secret revolutionary organisation in his student life. After the death of Bagha Jatin he began to work for the preparation of Revolution. He left the College while studying B.A. to join Non- Cooperation movement. He provided shelter to the revolutionaries after Chittagong Armoury Raid in 1930. In the mean time Dinesh Chandra Majumdar was arrested in attempt of murder of Tregart. He was detained in Jail for 14 years in connection with this murder.The Govt. took him to different jails of Peshwar, Berille, and Hijlli for 8 years. He was also detained for 5 years in Quit India movement in 1942 and released in 1946. He left an unparallel  instance of selfless revolutionary.
