Amar Krishna was born in Nadia district. While he was a student of Kumarkhali School, he met Jatindranath Mukhopadhyay and took oath in revolutionary hymn.Court inspector Samsul Alam was conducting Alipore Bomb case.The revolutionaries slaughtered him on 24.1.1910. From that date, Police kept a close watch on him. He was confined to Jail from 1916 to 1928 in different jails. For some days he was confined to Burma Mandalay jail. He remained in jail from 28.11.1931 to 30.5.1933 and was driven out from Bangla Desh.He was released on 23.12.1936 and brought to Bengal.
He was a member of Nadia district Congress Committee, treasurer of Bengal Congress Commitee and also member of AICC.
Amar Nag was born in Burma in 1917. He passed MBBS in 1941. From his very childhood he was associated with Bengali Students'Association. A student movement occurred in whole of burma under the leadership of Aung Sung . Bengali Students' Association, under the leadership of Amar Nag, joined the same movement.

, Amar Nag etc 11 students joined the Ramgarh coference of the Congress in 1940.During 2nd WW, in 1941, British Government arrested and put the members of ths Communist Party in Jail and confined them in Insin jail.At the time of Bengal famine a "Bengal Medical Relief Coordination Committee" was formed with the chairmanship of Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy. Several relief centres were also formed by them. He joined the anti-fascist Liberation front. Lastly he died in the clash with the soldiers of Burma govt.
